FU Filling Unit
For dispensing clear, free-flowing, non-sticky liquids. Provides quick installation and accuracy to +- 1/2% or better. Fills up to 50 cc.
FSV Filling Unit
Multi-purpose filling units, ideally suited for a wide variety of viscous and semi-viscous materials such as perfumes, petroleum jelly, salad dressings, mascara. Smoothly processes high concentration of particulate matter.
DUS Filling Unit
Ideal for sterile filling, pharmaceuticals and any application where accuracy and sterility are primary concerns. Filamatic type DUS precision filling units feature a silicone rolling diaphragm that isolates the piston head from the cylinder, thereby eliminating frictional contact between the two components for a virtually zero particulate operation. Tri-Clover construction allows for disassembly in seconds. Fill range from .05 cc to 1100 cc.
Rotary Piston Pump
When excellent fill accuracy is required for small volume fills (to 10ml), select the Rotary Piston pump. Several pump sizes made from a variety of materials yield compatibility with a wide range of products.
Peristaltic Pump
Peristaltic pumps are ideal for applications that require no metallic contact. Complete disposal of the fluid pathway allows for quick cleanup. Best used for moderate to large (50 ml to >1100 ml) fill volumes, these pumps provide very good accuracy with simple setup and operation.
Flow Meter
A good fluid metering system for applications requiring a wide range of fill volumes. Flow meters allow for fluid metering without moving parts. It’s simple fluid pathway allows for easy CIP or remote CIP
Time/Pressure System
Time/Pressure systems provide economical filling equipment with good fill accuracy and are best suited for low to moderate viscosity products across all industry applications. Products can be supplied to the filler with tight pressure control or products can be gravity fed from a hopper with a level sensor. Time/Pressure fillers allow fast line changeover where low cost is required.
Rotary Gear Pump
Rotary Gear pumps serve as a very good choice for dispensing Diagnostic, Cosmetic/Personal Care, Food, and Chemical Specialty/Household applications. No-tools disassembly allows for expanded cleaning options (CIP, Remote CIP, and COP). Similar to lobe pumps, rotary gear pumps provide very good fill accuracy and are best suited for fill volumes ranging from 50 ml to 20 L.
